Paul Baker

Board Director

Paul is a Chartered Engineer with a master’s degree in project management. He is a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and the Institute of Engineering and Technology; he is a keen participant in continuous professional development. Paul has broad-ranging experience across a variety of sectors – including residential, retail, commercial office, education, sport and leisure

He joined the practice initially as a Senior Electrical Engineer in 2004, promoted to Associate Director in 2007 and Technical Director in 2016. Paul joined the board of Directors in 2018 and is responsible for managing one of the practice’s design teams and the technical delivery of projects in the Sunderland Office and managing the interface with the Manila support office.
