Desco Appointed to NHS Shared Business Services HPCCAS Framework Agreement
We are pleased to announce Desco has been named as a supplier on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement (HPCCAS) Framework Agreement.
Desco have been appointed to Lot 5 – Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) of the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement which runs from 14th August 2023.
The framework agreement will run for four years, until 13th August 2027, and will provide a compliant route to access value-for-money construction consultancy services for the NHS and other public sector organisations. This framework agreement covers construction consultancy services for traditional design build, new build and refurbishment projects and was created to help meet the demands across the NHS and other public sector organisations. The framework provides a choice of procurement routes for clients, allowing direct award and streamlined mini-competition options.

The new HPCCAS framework agreement replaces the NHS SBS’ recently expired Construction Consultancy Services Framework Agreement which Desco were also a supplier on and we are looking forward to working with both new and existing clients via this framework.
