Olympia’s British Airways Arc & Rooftop Opens
This month saw another exciting milestone for Olympia as the British Airways Arc and Rooftop officially opened.
The new British Airways Arc is a 3,800-capacity state-of-the-art venue bringing together live music and entertainment delivering a world class experience for both fans and artists.
The Rooftop provides a collection of restaurants and bars, offering open-air dining, drinks and panoramic views. It’s great to see the wider vision for the site continuing to take shape, bringing a new, vibrant live entertainment destination to the capital.
The project was featured in this months Building Magazine highlighting the incredible £1.3bn transformation of this iconic London destination.
The masterplan was developed by SPPARC and Heatherwick Studio, with each practice leading the design of key elements across the site.
We’re proud to be a part of this landmark scheme, delivering MEP services to RIBA Stage 3 for YOO Capital, and acting as client monitor throughout construction and handover stages.
