Continued investment and training has enabled Desco to develop the ability to design and produce drawings in 3D.

The benefits of 3D include: enabling co-ordination issues to be resolved early during the design process before construction work starts, improved visualisation for clients and other design team members – allowing them to review an accurate model in real time, as it is constructed and the potential for the 3D model to be utilised by the design team and the client for ongoing development of the project.

We believe that we are currently only one of a handful of practices in the North that have invested in this technology and have live ‘hands-on’ project experience.
