Desco are currently working on the new Roseberry Park development, as part of the Laing O'Rourke led team. The scheme will deliver a new mental health and learning disability campus on the site of the existing St Luke's Mental Health Unit in Middlesbrough for Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust. The 26,000m development comprises 312 beds across 13 buildings.
