An appointment to provide M&E services and pool water filtration consultancy for this new build facility for Coventry Sports Foundation. The scheme comprises a 25m 6 lane swimming pool with floating floor, sports hall, exercise studios, multi-use games areas fitness and therapy suites, bar, restaurant and function rooms.

Design features and energy saving measures considered for the scheme included: solar shading, ground source heat pumps, natural ventilation, solar water pre-heating, photo-voltaics, small scale CHP, air to air and air to pool heat recovery, rainwater recycling and pool back wash water recycling.
