Working with Silverlink Developments on a 90000m² multi-use development in Newcastle City Centre. The proposed development includes a hotel, commercial offices, an art gallery/exhibition centre, residential apartments and retail facilities.

The project is in the planning stage and has involved a detailed infrastructure study and extensive negotiation with the utility service providers in order to determine the most appropriate servicing strategy. This has included consideration of on-site generation and CHP.
