One of the original members of Desco's founding team, Lesley is a highly skilled administrator with
over 25 years experience in the industry. Lesley has been a key player in the development of the
practice support systems, initially taking responsibility for administration, then developing in-house
financial management systems for workload forecasting, project financial management, invoicing
and management accounts. Following her promotion to Office Manager in 2008, Lesley has taken on
additional responsibility for managing and developing the overall practice administration.
