A founder Director of Desco, Paul is a very experienced engineer with particular expertise in electrical building services.

Started in the industry by serving a trade apprenticeship in electrical contracting before moving into design in the early 1980’s and graduating with a degree. Made rapid progress through the career structure of a large national engineering consultancy, before deciding to set up Desco in 1998. Has a reputation for getting things done and delivering what clients want. With over 20 years in the industry he has experience in a wide range of construction sectors and has led a number of the practices major commissions.
