A founder Director of Desco, Paul is a very experienced engineer with particular expertise in electrical building services.

Paul started in the industry by serving a trade apprenticeship in electrical contracting before moving into design in the early 1980s and graduating with a degree. He made rapid progress through the career structure of a large national engineering consultancy, before deciding to set up Desco in 1998. Paul has a reputation for getting things done and delivering what clients want. With over 30 years in the industry, Paul has experience in a wide range of construction sectors and has led a number of the practice’s major commissions. He has played a major role in developing and managing the business and takes an overview on business development and general management of the practice.
